Counseling & Support

A place to be heard. A path toward understanding and healing.

Life can bring challenges that feel difficult to navigate alone. Whether you're experiencing emotional distress, struggling in a relationship, or facing changes within your family, seeking support can be an important step toward healing.

At Healings Foundation, we believe that understanding ourselves and our experiences can help us make meaningful changes. Our counseling services focus on creating a respectful, compassionate environment where individuals and families can explore challenges, develop healthier coping skills, and move forward with greater confidence.

Services are offered in person in Stamford, Connecticut, with telehealth appointments available to eligible clients throughout the state.

Individual Counseling

Understand yourself. Find clarity. Move forward.

A confidential, supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. Together, we work toward understanding the challenges you face, developing practical coping strategies, and making meaningful changes at a pace that feels right for you.

Couples Counseling

Strengthen communication. Rebuild connection. Grow together.

Every relationship experiences challenges. Couples counseling offers an opportunity to understand one another more deeply, improve communication, navigate disagreements, and strengthen emotional connection. Whether you're facing ongoing difficulties or simply hoping to build a healthier relationship, we help you develop the tools to move forward together.

Family Counseling

Building understanding and stronger family connections.

Family relationships can be complicated, especially during times of stress, conflict, or change. Family counseling helps parents, children, and other family members better understand one another, improve communication, work through challenges, and create a more supportive home environment.

Depending on the family's needs, sessions may involve family members together or in separate meetings.

Group Counseling & Support

Shared experiences. Meaningful connections. Mutual support.

Sometimes, knowing that others understand what you're going through can make a meaningful difference. Our planned group programs will bring people together in a respectful, supportive setting to share experiences, develop coping skills, and encourage personal growth.

Groups will be announced as they become available. Contact us to express your interest.

Counseling & Support for Women

A place to be heard, regain confidence, and rediscover your strength.

Women may face unique emotional and relational challenges throughout different seasons of life. Whether you're navigating relationship difficulties, experiencing emotional distress, recovering from a hurtful relationship, or facing a major life transition, you deserve to feel heard, respected, and supported.

Our approach focuses on helping you understand your experiences, recognize your strengths, establish healthy boundaries, and make informed decisions about your future.

Individual sessions are available in person or through telehealth. Women's support groups are also being planned.
